• Grade Level: Adolescent Grades 7-12

• Title: Coaching "your sport" 7-12

• Type of Certificate: Temporary Coaching License

• Go thru next few screens to pay $50 for license

School District Recommendation

Once completed, all paperwork should go to your Athletic Office
